Classes
After reading all of the information and if you are really interested in HypnoBirthing and want to talk about it a little bit more then I offer a FREE 30 minute consultation. For all Group and Private classes I am willing to travel within the Tyrone, Fermanagh, Derry, Donegal & Sligo Town areas as long as it is no further than 1hr from my home in Castlederg. Anywhere further than this I will certainly consider but please note that it will probably carry and extra charge which we can talk about on our initial consult.
I realise that as no two births are the same neither are people, therefore, I run a variety of HypnoBirthing® classes. I want to ensure you are able to choose the method that suits you and your partner best, because I want you both to be very comfortable whilst you are learning with me, as your relaxation and comfort will maximise your learning potential. I do recommend that you start the classes from 24wks onwards but if you are near the end of your pregnancy it has been known that Mums have completed the course even at 39 wks, although this is not recommended as ‘practice' is the key word in HypnoBirthing®.
UK Government will pay to attend a HypnoBirthing class
If your baby's due date is on or after 6th April 2009 , and you're 25 weeks pregnant or more, you're entitled to a £190 grant (in other words, free money you don't have to pay back ) to help prepare for the birth of your baby.

Group Classes
A maximum of 6 couples. The price of £200 per couple includes everything listed below on 'What you get for your money' and all that you need to ensure that your baby has the best birth possible. Location (depending on where you live) will be confirmed at time of booking. Please note that group lessons are not always available as they are scheduled and book up very quickly so book early to avoid disappointment.
Book with a Friend
Why not share 'one to one' lessons with a friend by booking a HypnoBirthing® course just for the two of you and your partners, so that you are both able to learn the techniques together. These sessions are held in a choice of one of your homes at times and dates that are mutually convenient.
This option is available for £250 each couple and includes everything listed below on 'What you get for your money'.
Private Classes
A lovely way to learn HypnoBirthing® techniques because (although we cover the entire HypnoBirthing® syllabus) each lesson is tailored to your individual need and you are able to choose the dates and times that you wish to take the classes. A lot of Dads-to-be prefer this special way of learning and feel very much at ease during the session in the privacy of your own home.
The cost for this ultimate package is £300 (which is only £24 per hour)
What You Will Get For Your Money
At your HypnoBirthing® lessons you and your partner will learn everything that you need to know to birth your baby with ease. You will also be able to watch DVD's of mothers giving birth using HypnoBirthing® techniques. And you will have fun, learning together!
